Use $1/2 Planters Product from 12/13 SS (exp. 1/31)
Use $1/1 Planters Cocktail Peanuts Walgreens Coupon from January's Diabetes & You Book
This brings the price down to $.49/each after both coupons OOP! Since these are the 12 oz. Cans of Peanuts and they qualify for the Kraft Jingle in the Holiday’s rebate (valid on purchases made between 12/1 – 1/31).
Purchase 10 Participating Products, and get a $10 rebate by mail!
Scenario
Buy 10 Cans of Peanuts @ $1.99 each = $19.90
Use (5) $1/2 Planters Coupons
Use (1) $1/1 Walgreens Coupons (This will automatically multiply by the number of items that will work with the coupon -- taking off $10 since you are buying 10.)
TOTAL is $4.90 Out of Pocket.
Don't forget to submit for the $10 Kraft Jingle in the Holidays Rebate turning this into a $5.10 money-maker!

Hi, I am new to clipping coupons and appreciate all your help in saving money. Could you help guide me to finding the "$1/2 Planters Product from 12/13 SS (exp. 1/31)" AND the "$1/1 Planters Cocktail Peanuts Walgreens Coupon from January's Diabetes & You Book." I am going to the Walgreens site but am not sure where to look for these. Any help guiding this newbie would be appreciated!
Thank you,
Mari
P.S. Could you let me know at jasmine32001@yahoo.com?
Hi Marie! 12/13 SS means the Smart Source insert that was in the Sunday paper on 12/13. If you want to start couponing, I would recommend clipping all coupons from the Sunday paper (even if you think you may not use them) and holding on to them for a deal like this. :)
If you don't have the coupons (and I didn't), you can find them eBay. The problem with this scenario is that it expires soon so I'm not sure you will get them in time. I ordered mine 2 days ago. If you were planning to stockpile, this is the way to go because you can actually get quite a bit for free after the rebate!
The other coupon comes from Walgreens. If you go to the pharmacy, you will find a book called "Diabetes & You". (You may have to ask the pharmacist if you don't see it). It has quite a few really good coupons in it -- one of which is the $1/1 coupon. When you use this coupon (or any Wags coupon), you only need one; it will automatically multiply to the number of items you have. If you buy 10 bags of peanuts, it will give you $10 off.
This is still a great deal (still FREE!) even without the $1/2 coupon. You will pay $9.90 (+ tax, of course) and get a $10 rebate back.
I hope this answered all of your questions!
